- Infrastructure Connection Data: As a statically generated site, our server environment automatically logs requests. This includes access IP addresses, browser agent headers, and request timestamps to maintain Site security.
3. Legal Bases and Purpose of Processing

- Consent: When you voluntarily submit project scopes via our Enquiry Form, you consent to our team reviewing the brief.
- Legitimate Interest: Processing connection logs is necessary to maintain Site security, prevent distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) attempts, and debug technical delivery issues.

Our Site is built on statically generated Next.js code and hosted using secure, globally distributed Content Delivery Network (CDN) nodes provided by GitHub, Inc. (GitHub Pages). Form transmissions are encrypted using Transport Layer Security (TLS) and routed directly to our internal email infrastructure.
5. Retention and Deletion
Inquiries that do not lead to an active contract are securely archived for 180 days to facilitate follow-up communications, after which the database entries and associated emails are purged.
If a consulting engagement begins, your information will be retained and governed by the Master Services Agreement (MSA) signed between your organization and Diameco.
